Dendax clients received first USA tax refunds | "Government Shutdown" didn't stop the IRS from issuing the refunds.

Those who applied via DENDAX for a tax refund from the USA may be concerned about their refund, as the IRS operativeness situation had been unclear in the latest months.

As many of you know, most U.S. federal agencies are in a shutdown phase due to failure by the government to allocate funds to comply with employees' salaries.

This kind of strike is defined as  "Government Shutdown", and the IRS - Internal Revenue Service - is among the agencies involved.

Therefore, as of January, the agency officially did not provide support and any assistance to taxpayers.

This has caused misunderstandings in the tax refund processes, as the season starts in January and runs until April.

As of March 2019 we as DENDAX are happy to confirm that our Clients are getting refunds.

We are constantly in contact with the IRS, and they confirmed that part of their workforce is back to work, hence they started again to process part of the refund cases.

Keep following this article and our Dendax Blog, we will provide updates about the IRS situation as quickly as possible.
